Eligible for Medicare?
Getting a payment from Centrelink at least once a year or have a parent getting a payment from Centrelink at least once a year?
Then you could be eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Scheme.
The Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS) can cover up to $1,013 over two calendar years for basic dental services.
Basic dental services include:
Check-ups
X-rays
Cleaning
Fissure sealing
Fillings
Root canals
Extractions
Services that are not covered include:
Orthodontic dental work
Cosmetic dental work
Any dental services in a hospital
